What

What is an Adsorption Dryer?

Adsorption dryers remove moisture using a pressure swing twin-tower process.

Each dryer consists of two desiccant-filled towers:

One adsorbs moisturefrom compressed air
The other regeneratesto release the absorbed moisture

Desiccants used include Activated Alumina, Silica Gel, and Molecular Sieves, selected based on required dew point.

Why

Why Choose Adsorption Dryers?

Built for Critical Applications

Delivers ultra-dry air where moisture can cause rejection, corrosion, or system failure.

Consistent Performance

Stable dew point ensures reliable process quality without fluctuation.

Operational Flexibility

Wide flow and pressure range to suit diverse industrial needs.

Engineered Reliability

Robust valves and control systems ensure continuous, trouble-free operation.

Low Maintenance, Long Life

Simple design with durable components for minimal maintenance and long life.

How

How It Works

Moisture in compressed air is adsorbed onto the surface of the desiccant. The towers switch automatically, ensuring uninterrupted dry air supply.

Regeneration Types

Heatless Dryer

Uses a portion of dry compressed air for regeneration. Simple, reliable, widely used.

HOC (Heat of Compression) Dryer

Utilizes heat from the compressor discharge air. Energy-efficient with minimal purge loss.

Blower Reactivated Dryer

Uses heated ambient air for regeneration. Ideal for large capacities with lowest operating cost.
